A doula-led, antenatal masterclass to help you feel confident & prepared for birth.

Are you struggling to find time to commit to a longer, weekly antenatal course? Finding that online classes lack connection? Perhaps you have already experienced birth & would like a refresher. Then my 4-hour Birth Masterclass is the course for you!! Delivered over one afternoon, you will learn all you need to know about preparing for a confident birth.

Over the 4-hour session we will cover:

​

• The birth journey
• Comfort measures for labour
• Breathing techniques & movement for labour
• Birth planning & knowing your rights

• Role of the birth partner

The session is delivered by me - an antenatal teacher of 13 years and a practising local birth doula, with experience across all local NHS hospitals. 

​

Classes will be held at Hardingstone Village Hall, Hardingstone Village, NN4 6DA Ideally located for expectant parents in Northampton & surrounding areas.

Time: 12pm-4pm

​

Investment: £90 per ticket. Each ticket is for 2 people, however you are welcome to attend on your own or with another birth supporter.
