Becoming a birth & postnatal doula has always been a dream of mine, and a natural progression after my years of experience as an antenatal teacher. I have been a practicing doula since 2022, supporting many families birth in hospital or at home.

As your doula, I really get to know you and your family and tailor my support around your needs.  We will work closely together so you feel supported emotionally & practically ​throughout your pregnancy, your birth and the early postnatal period. Helping you to navigate the system, providing you with lots of evidence based knowledge and practical tools & techniques.

What makes me a little different to other doulas, is that I provide full spectrum care. My knowledge and experience allows me to provide a truly holistic approach to all of my services, and by providing a broad range of support for all aspects of parenthood - I am here for you, not just for your birth, but also for the highs and lows of becoming a new parent.
