Becoming a  birth & postnatal doula has always been a dream of mine, and seemed a natural progression after my years of experience as an antenatal teacher. I have been a practicing doula since 2022, gaining experience of Northampton General Hospital, Stoke Mandeville Hospital, The Horton General Hospital, The John Radcliffe and Milton Keynes University Hospital.

I am also passionate about supporting parents who choose to birth at home & birth pool hire is available free of charge as part of my Birth Doula Packages (subject to availability).

As your doula, I work closely with you to ensure you feel supported emotionally & practically ​throughout your pregnancy, your birth and the early postnatal period. Helping you to navigate the system, providing you with lots of evidence based knowledge and practical tools & techniques.
