Pregnancy Flow  Buckingham 

This is a gorgeous hour just for you, where you can take time to stretch, breath, relax and prepare for birth. 

Our weekly antenatal class is designed to support you throughout your pregnancy. Each week we combine gentle pregnancy yoga with breathwork & hypnobirthing techniques, such as visualisations & affirmations to help you feel relaxed, confident & prepared for birth. 

Each class lasts 1 hour and includes:

  • Gentle pregnancy yoga 

  • Biomechanics for birth

  • Breathwork & relaxation 

  • Hypnobirthing techniques

  • Guided meditation

Classes are held every Monday evening from 7.30pm at The Studio At Stowe, Stowe Castle Business Park, Buckingham, MK18 5AB. Ideal for those located in Buckingham, Brackley & Towcester. Mats, blankets and bolsters are provided. Please note from Monday 5th August this class will be held at Restore U, 1 Well Street, Buckingham, MK18 1EW

 

We recommend attending a minimum of 6 consecutive sessions, to enable you to build muscle memory & gain the greatest benefit from the classes, therefore you can block book 6 or 10 week sessions at time. This provides the best value & guarantees your space each week (classes regularly sell out!)

 

However, we totally understand that you may not be able to commit to 6 or 10 weeks and need a little flexibility, or perhaps you would like to give us a try first (which is absolutely fine) - so we also give you the option to pay per session. These spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.

Attending a minimum of 6 weeks will give you the greatest benefit.

To book your space either choose the 6 or 10 week option, which are the best value options & will guarantee your space for 6 or 10 consecutive weeks*. All you need to do is choose when you want to start on the calendar & then your 6/10 weeks will start from then.


If you would like some flexibility, choose the pay per session option. Your space needs to be booked in advance & is subject to class availability. Unfortunately missed classes cannot be carried over (unless agreed in advance) or refunded. 

*Block of 6/10 classes means 6/10 consecutive weeks starting from the date you have booked. Unfortunately, missed classes can not be carried over (unless agreed in advance) or refunded.
