Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga

Pregnancy & postnatal yoga is a gentle, supportive way to care for your body and mind through every stage of motherhood.

My Pregnancy Yoga Flow weekly class is a gorgeous hour of gentle pregnancy yoga flows combined with breathwork & hypnobirthing techniques, such as visualisations & affirmations to help you feel relaxed, confident & prepared for birth. Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy all the way to your due date.

Classes are held at Blackpit Brewery, Buckingham MK18 5LJ on Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm. 

 

Once baby is here, my Postnatal Yoga Flow weekly class will help you gently recover from birth & reconnect with your body. You will enjoy gentle postnatal yoga flows, breath work and relaxation. Babies are very welcome (until they are actively crawling) and you can start once you've had your 6 week GP check.​​

Classes are held at Oxley Park Community Centre, MK4 4TA on Thursday mornings from 11am-12pm. 

​

Both of these classes are super popular, so advanced booking is highly recommended.
