A doula led, intensive antenatal course to help you feel confident & prepared for birth. Struggling to find time to commit to a longer, weekly antenatal course? Finding that online classes lack connection? Perhaps you have already experienced birth & would like a refresher. Then our Birth Masterclass is the course for you!! Delivered over one afternoon, you will learn all you need to know about birth. Over the 4-hour session we will cover: • The birth journey • Comfort measures for labour • Breathing techniques & movement for labour • Birth planning & knowing your rights • Role of the birth partner The session is delivered by an antenatal teacher of 13 years and a local, practising birth doula, with experience across all local NHS hospitals. Refreshments are included as well as comprehensive electronic notes. Classes will be held at Hardingstone Village Hall, Hardingstone Village, Northampton NN4 6DA Class time: 12pm-4pm. Investment: £90 per ticket. Each ticket is for 2 people, however you are welcome to attend on your own or with another birth supporter.
