If you are looking for a gentle introduction to baby classes or would like to learn some simple massage routines for your baby, then this is the course for you! My 3-week course will teach you how to use baby massage & movement to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby. Baby Massage is such a lovely activity to enjoy with your baby, as it has lots of benefits for the both of you. Some of the known benefits are: ​ • Helping with digestive issues, such as wind & constipation • Promotes bonding & helps you to understand your baby's cues • Aids calming • Encourages sleep • Eases the symptoms of colic & reflux The important bits about your class: ​ Tinies Baby Massage is for postnatal mums and baby only. Suitable from newborn (or when you feel ready) to approximately 6 months. ​ This is 3-week course & you need to available for all 3 dates to get the most out of the course. Many mums complete several courses, so once you have completed this course, you will be invited to join my longer 6-week course, which starts in September. ​ When: Mondays @10am ​ Where: Oxley Park Community Centre, Redgrave Drive, Oxley Park, MK4 4TA Investment: £30 for 3-week course.
