Postnatal Yoga Flow

Postnatal Yoga Flow is a gentle yoga class for new mums to relax, nurture

and strengthen their bodies, held weekly in Oxley Park.

What can you expect each week?

 

Being a new mum can take its toll on the mind & body. Not only are you recovering from birth but also adjusting to life with a newborn. Taking time for yourself can be challenging & knowing how to move safely, can be a little overwhelming. My *NEW* Postnatal Flow class, is an hour long class designed for YOU but where your baby is also very welcome. Each week you will enjoy:

 

  • Gentle Postnatal Yoga flows to release tension & gently strengthen the body

  • Breathwork

  • Mindfulness & Relaxation

  • Small class sizes

  • Props for your baby to explore

  • Support & community from other new mums

How soon can I join after having my baby?

Postnatal Flow is suitable from your 6-week GP check, or 10 weeks if you have had cesarean, to when your baby is confidently crawling. Additionally, classes are adapted to suit all postnatal related conditions, multiple births and individual needs.

I've never done yoga before, is it still ok for me to attend?

Absolutely!! Most of the mums who attend have never done yoga before. Classes are super gentle & focused on the needs of a new mum, such as releasing tension in the shoulders & back, bringing strength to the core and taking time to breathe & relax. 

How do I book?

Classes are booked in blocks of 5 weeks at a time. If a term has already started, please get in touch as you may be able to join the remaining weeks of the term.
