My online masterclasses are designed for families who would like some simple tools and techniques to help them navigate the different stages of pregnancy, birth and parenthood. Each one uniquely designed with all the key information you need to make the choices that are right for you and your baby. My Understanding Sleep - Older Babies Masterclass, is ideal for families with baby's from 5 to 24 months. This 1 hour workshop will cover: * How your baby's sleep changes as they grow * The importance of good sleep hygiene including routine, environment and exercise * Sleep associations - what they are & how you can use them * The importance of naps * Issues that can impact sleep * Tools & techniques When will the Masterclass be held? Tuesday 29th September from 8-9pm. Where will it be held? Online via Google Meet - you will be sent a link the day before the session. Will it be recorded? Yes, so if you or your partner are unable to make the session you will receive a video recording. How much does it cost? £20 per family. Any questions please get in touch.
