Please note that due to the bank holidays there will not be classes on 4/5 or 25/5). Tinies Baby Massage is a gorgeous first class for you and your baby. Over the term, you will learn how to use baby massage & movement to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby. Baby Massage is such a lovely activity to enjoy with your baby, as it has lots of benefits for the both of you. Some of the known benefits are: ​ • Helping with digestive issues, such as wind & constipation • Promotes bonding & helps you to understand your baby's cues • Aids calming • Encourages sleep • Eases the symptoms of colic & reflux Tinies Baby Massage takes the best elements from baby massage, baby yoga, postnatal yoga, and mum & baby classes, to deliver an extra special baby class. ​ When it comes to the fourth trimester, those early days and weeks of motherhood can be overwhelming. Tinies Baby Massage provides a supportive & nurturing space, where you can connect with other local mums. In each class you can expect: ​ • Full baby massage routines • Gentle movements to help support your baby's development & support your postnatal recovery • Infant education and support • Calming and soothing methods, including reflexology - tried and tested techniques that actually work! • Small class sizes, which are age appropriate, helping you to meet other new mums at the same stage The important bits about your class: ​ Tinies Baby Massage is for postnatal mums and baby only. Suitable from newborn (or when you feel ready) to approximately 6 months. ​ Classes are booked in blocks of 5/6 weeks at a time and designed so that you can enjoy your class across multiple terms, supporting you from from newborn to approximately 6 months. ​ When: Mondays @11am term time ​ Where: Oxley Park Community Centre, Redgrave Drive, Oxley Park, MK4 4TA Investment: £60 for 6-week term. This includes: ​ • Refreshments at each session • Group Whats App • Access to a facebook group with a recap of the massage routines & additional educational information • Ongoing support 24/7 via Whats App • Priority booking for future terms • An invitation to our community events Book your space below or get in touch if you have any questions.
