Please join the waitlist as weekly spaces do come up, alternatively you can book for my next course which starts on the 18th March* My weekly antenatal class incorporates pregnancy yoga, mindfulness & birth hypnosis. All designed to prepare both your body and mind for birth. Classes are one hour and each week you will enjoy: • Gentle Pregnancy yoga flows to support your changing body • Mindfulness practice to help you relax and feel calm about birth • Breathing techniques that can be used to support you in labour • Birth hypnosis and affirmations to help you feel confident & positive throughout your pregnancy & birth • Small class sizes You will also invited to join our birth community Whats App group & birth resources FB group. Classes are held on a Wednesday from 7pm-8pm and can be booked in either 5 or 10 week terms for £60 or £105 for 10 classes (this is the best value option), or if you are 35 weeks+ on a pay as you go basis at £13 per class** ☆IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING☆ Join whenever you feel ready, from 12 weeks to your due date. If classes aren't showing as available to book, they are either fully booked or there is not a class on that date. See above for weekly availability. Classes are for the pregnant person only. Please have a look at The Parent Course, if you would like a class to attend with your partner. *Block of 5 or 10 classes means 5 or 10 consecutive weeks starting from the date you have booked. Unfortunately, missed classes can not be carried over or refunded (unless agreed in advance). **Pay as you go spaces must be booked at least 24 hours in advance & will be dependant on availability.
