My online masterclasses are designed for families who would like some simple tools and techniques to help them navigate the different stages of pregnancy, birth and parenthood. Each one uniquely designed with all the key information you need to make the choices that are right for you and your baby. My Navigating Early Pregnancy is designed for those who are in their first trimester. This 1 hour workshop will cover: * Navigating the NHS - appointments, scans and choosing where to deliver your baby * How you might be feeling both physically and emotionally * Eating & exercising safely * What to expect as your pregnancy progresses When will the Masterclass be held? Tuesday 13th October from 8-9pm. Where will it be held? Online via Google Meet - you will be sent a link the day before the session. Will it be recorded? Yes, so if you or your partner are unable to make the session you will receive a video recording. How much does it cost? £20 per family. Any questions please get in touch.
