Workshop Details

**Join me for our Christmas term, where will be enjoy 3 weeks of massage prior to the Christmas break and two weeks after - meaning you get to have something to look forward to in January :) Tinies Baby Massage is a weekly baby massage class for mum and her new baby, held near Stowe, Buckingham. You will learn how to use baby massage and movement to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby. When it comes to the 'fourth trimester', undoubtedly those early days and weeks of motherhood may see any number of emotions overwhelm us;  such as joy, anxiety, delight, fatigue, happiness, uncertainty, isolation or even low mood or challenging feelings. Importantly, Tinies Baby Massage helps new mums enjoy a safe and supported first few months with baby, while you figure it out together. In each class you can expect: * Full baby massage and yoga routines * Gentle yoga based movement for your postnatal recovery * Infant education and support * Calming and soothing methods - tried and tested techniques that can work! * Small class sizes, which are age appropriate, helping you to meet other new mums at the same stage The important bits about your class: Tinies Baby Massage classes are for postnatal mums and baby only. Suitable from newborn (or when you feel ready) to 5 months. Additionally, classes are adapted to suit all postnatal related conditions, multiple births and individual needs. If your baby is older than 5 months take a look at our Wrigglers Baby Yoga class. Classes are booked in blocks of 5/6 weeks at a time however are designed to carry you through until baby is around 18 months. Your baby can develop through Tinies to Wrigglers to Cruisers, supporting you along the journey of early parenthood. Please note once booked, workshops are non-refundable. In the unfortunate situation that your session needs to be cancelled, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
