Workshop Details

This 2 hour workshop provides a refresher for both you & your birth partner. Over the session we will focus on: • Breathing techniques • Movement for labour • Comfort measures in labour including aromatherapy & massage. • How to introduce your baby to older children Limited to 6 couples to allow for discussion & questions, so advanced booking is essential. Only £40 per couple which includes electronic handouts & a few special treats! Held at our lovely, comfy studio - The Studio At Stowe, MK18 5AB. Please note, once booked workshops can not be refunded.
