Baby Massage is a gorgeous way for you bond with your baby, helping you to understand their cues, as well as learning tools & techniques to help you calm and soothe them. Some of the known benefits of baby massage are: ​ • Helping with digestive issues, such as wind & constipation • Promotes bonding & helps you to understand your baby's cues • Aids calming • Encourages sleep • Eases the symptoms of colic & reflux My 3 week 'Baby Massage Basics' course will provide you with a solid understanding of the benefits of baby massage, including routines & gentle movements, as well as infant education. ​The important bits about your class: ​ 'Baby Massage Basics' course is for postnatal mums and baby only. Suitable from newborn (or when you feel ready) to approximately 6 months. ​When: Wednesday@11am ​ Where: Tove Valley Centre, Northampton Road, Towcester NN12 7AH Investment: £30 for 3-week course.
