Tinies Baby Massage

Tinies Baby Massage is a weekly baby class, held in Buckingham.

 

Tinies Baby Massage is a gorgeous first class for you and your baby. Over the term, you will learn how to use baby massage & movement to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby. Baby Massage is such a lovely activity to enjoy with your baby, as it has lots of benefits for the both of you. Some of the known benefits are:

• Promotes bonding & helps you to understand your baby's cues

• Encourages sleep

Tinies Baby Massage takes the best elements from baby massage, baby yoga, postnatal yoga, and mum & baby classes, to deliver an extra special baby class.

When it comes to the fourth trimester, those early days and weeks of motherhood may see any number of emotions overwhelm us. Tinies Baby Massage provides a supportive & nurturing space, where you can connect with other local mums.  

 

In each class you can expect:

• Full baby massage routines 

• Gentle movements to help support your baby's development & support your postnatal recovery

• Infant education and support

• Calming and soothing methods, including reflexology - tried and tested techniques that actually work!

• Small class sizes, which are age appropriate, helping you to meet other new mums at the same stage

The important bits about your class:

​

Tinies Baby Massage is for postnatal mums and baby only. Suitable from newborn (or when you feel ready) to 5 months. Additionally, classes are adapted to suit all postnatal related conditions, multiple births and individual needs. If your baby is older than 5 months take a look at our Wrigglers Baby Yoga class.

​

Classes are booked in blocks of 5/6 weeks at a time however are designed to carry you through until baby is around 2 years old. Your baby can develop through Tinies to Wrigglers to Cruisers, supporting you along the journey of early parenthood.

​

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays in term time.

​

Where:  The Studio At Stowe Unit 5, Stowe Castle Business Park, Buckingham MK18 5AB

Investment: £48 for 5-week term. This includes:
